Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Alabama Mandatory Updates



  • 08/2013 - Unemployment Compensation Fraud - The Alabama Department of Labor has updated their posting to more accurately reflect laws and penalties regarding Unemployment Compensation Fraud. They now indicate that fraud penalties can include up to a Class B felony, that a person can face up to a $500 fine and 12 months in jail for every fraudulent week claimed, and that there is mandatory ineligibilty for Unemployment Compensation for up to a 2 year period following a fraudulent claim. The Department also remodeled their posting with different logos and new graphics.

  • 10/9/2012 - Child Labor Law - Poster was updated to reflect the record keeping requirements for employers, and some clarification to the child labor laws. The Alabama Department of Labor, Child Labor Enforcement has also made an address and phone number change.


  • 10/9/2012 - Unemployment Benefits - Poster was updated to refeclt a new web address for filing unemployment claims via the internet, and a merger between the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations and the Alabama Department of Labor.
