Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.   • 10/01/2017 - Discrimination is Illegal-The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has updated their Discrimination is Illegal notice. Veteran status has been added as a protected class against discrimination in Employment, Housing, and Credit Transactions. The effective date of this notice is October 20, 2017.

  • 10/02/2017 -Workers' Compensation.
  • The state of Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission has updated their Workers' Compensation notice. Employees are now required use Form 30C when filing claims, and are required to send claims via certified mail to the address provided by employer. The effective date of this notice is October 2, 2017.
  • 10/06/2017 - Pregnancy Discrimination - The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has updated the Sexual Harassment notice. The title and the section of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act has been updated along with the address for the Commission's Office. The new revision date is 10/06/2017v

  • 09/01/2016 - Sexual Harassment - The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has updated the Sexual Harassment notice. The title and the section of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act has been updated along with the address for the Commission's Office. The new revision date is 09/2016.

  • 12/2014 - Paid Sick Leave - The Connecticut Paid Sick Leave poster has been updated to reflect that employees accrue one (1) hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked (up to 40 hours max per year); employers may choose any 365 day period to calculate employee benefits.

  • 05/2014 - Connecticut Wage & Workplace Administrative Regulations - The Connecticut Department of Labor has updated their Connecticut Wage & Workplace Administrative Regulations posting to reflect the increase in minimum wage to $9.15 per hour on 1/1/15, to $9.60 per hour on 1/1/16, and to $10.10 per hour on 1/1/17. Additionally, Sec. 31-60-3 dealing with deductions and allowances for reasonable value of board and lodging was repealed.

  • 01/2014 - Minimum Wage - The State of Connecticut has updated the Minimum Wage posting to reflect the new 2014 minimum wage of $8.70 per hour, effective 1/1/2014. They have also added the 2015 minimum wage of $9.00 per hour, effective 1/1/15. Additionally, allowances for gratuities as part of the minimum wage shall not exceed 34.6% on 1/1/2014 and 36.8% on 1/1/2015 for employees employed in the hotel and restaurant industry who customarily receive gratuities. For bartenders, the allowances for gratuities as part of the minimum wage shall not exceed15.6% on 1/1/2014 and 18.5% on 1/1/2015.

    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
