Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Maine Mandatory Posting Updates


    01/2017 - Minimum Wage - The Maine Department of Labor have updated the Minimum Wage notice to reflect the new wage rate of $9.00/hour effective January 7th, 2017. Sections on who is exempt from Minimum Wage and Overtime and Overtime Only, Equal Pay, Board and Lodging and Unfair Contracts have been removed. In addition, as of January 7th, 2017, employers must pay a direct wage of at least $5 per hour to service employees. Finally, the posting revision date has been updated to 12/16.
  • 12/2016 - Employment Security Law - The Maine Department of Labor Bureau of Unemployment Compensation has updated their Employment Security Law notice. All individuals filing for Unemployment Insurance benefits are required by law to be registered with the Maine JobLink. The format of the notice has been updated along with a new revision date of 12/16.

  • 12/2015 - Occupational Safety and Health Regulations for Public Sector Workplaces - The Maine Department of Labor updated the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations for Public Sector Workplaces posting. The wording has been changed significantly. There is now a provision that states a request that one's name be kept confidential can be made if contacting the Maine Department of Labor to request an inspection if one believes that his/her workplace is unsafe. There is also a provision that states citations must be posted at or near the place of the alleged violation if an employer is cited or penalized for unsafe or unhealthful conditions during an inspection. In the event an employee is fired or discriminated against for filing a safety and health complaint, a complaint may be filed for said discrimination or retaliation with the Director of the Bureau of Labor Standards within 30 days of such alleged violation. Additional text has been added with respect to the plan approved on August 5, 2015 by the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to which the State of Maine shall provide job safety and health protection for workers in the public sector throughout the state. The plan will be monitored by OSHA. Contact information is provided for anyone wishing to make a complaint. Contact information by way of a telephone number or email has also been provided for after-hours fatality/catastrophe reporting. The email address for the Maine Department of Labor has been changed as well as the revision date.

  • 03/2014 - Child Labor Laws - The Maine Department of Labor has updated their Child Labor Laws posting with several clarifications and formatting changes. Now, all employers must keep accurate payroll records for workers under 18. Records must show what time the minor began work, total hours worked, and what time the minor finished work each day. The Department of Labor has also updated their telephone number and added a new revision date.

    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
