Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Minnesota Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 08/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The wage rates for large employers has increased to $9.50 per hour. For small employers, training wages and youth wages the rate has increased to $7.75 per hour. And for J-1 Visa employees, the wage has increased to $7.75 per hour. Additionally, the updated notice has provided a web address to view complete wage rate information. The revision date of the notice is July 2016.


  • 10/2015 - Safety and Health Protection on the Job - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Safety and Health Protection On the Job notice. The revised notice now explains that an employer must now report all accidents resulting in an amputation, eye loss or inpatient hospitalization of any employee to MNOSHA within 24 hours of the incident. Detailed descriptions of fines for violations of employers have been removed along with information regarding an employer's responsibility for developing an AWAIR program if it is required under the Minnesota Statutes 182.653, subd. 8. Additionally, there is a new contact phone number for the Minnesota Workplace Safety Consultation department. Lastly, the notice now has a new revision date of October 2015.

  • 08/2015 - Minimum Wage - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their minimum wage posting to comply with the new Minnesota minimum wage rate. Effective August 1, 2015 through July 31,2016, the minimum wage rate for large employers will be $9.00/hour, for small employers, training wages, and youth wages the minimum wage will be $7.25/hour, and finally for J-1 Visa's the minimum wage will be $7.50/hour. Additionally, the posting has content removal, a new revision date, and a website to view future wage rate changes.





Minnesota Non-Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 12/2015 - Workers' Compensation - The Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry updated the Workers' Compensation posting with minor formatting changes such as the bolding of text. New information has also been added for obtaining the posting in different format (Braille, large print or audio).

  • 11/2015 - Unemployment Insurance - The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development updated the Unemployment Insurance posting. Information and URL to rights to benefits described in the "Information Handbook" as well as the statement on requirements on providing one's Social Security number to apply for Unemployment Insurance benefits has been removed from the posting. The revision date has also been updated.

  • 09/2014 - Parental Leave - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Guide to Minnesota's Laws about Parental Leave. Under certain conditions, employees may now take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave upon the birth or adoption of their child. Other clarifications have been made, contact information has been updated, and a new revision date has been added.

      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
