Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. What is the new Human Trafficking Law in California?


Human Trafficking is a crime and violates California’s and the nation’s basic principle that everyone has basic human rights. California Senate Bill 1193 has passed into law a requirement that particular businesses in California must post a new notice alerting employees and customers alike, that human trafficking is an offense in the State of California. This new law became effective April 1st, 2013 and applies to the following business types:



  • Alcohol Beverage Control Act licensees that sell alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption (taverns, saloons, night clubs or similar establishments)

  • Adult or sexually oriented businesses

  • Primary airports

  • Intercity passenger rail or light rail stations

  • Bus stations

  • Truck stops

  • Emergency rooms within general acute care hospitals

  • Urgent care centers

  • Farm labor contractors

  • Privately operated job recruitment centers

  • Roadside rest areas

  • Businesses or establishments that offer massage or bodywork services for compensation



What are the posting requirements?



  • The California Human Trafficking Poster must be displayed at the public entrance to the business, in view of customers and employees.

  • Must be posted in English and Spanish

  • Font size must be 16pts or greater

  • Must be displayed no smaller than 8.5" x 11"


What are the penalties for not posting this notice?



  • Civil Code § 52.6(e) creates civil liability for a business or establishment that fails to comply with the posting requirement.
  • The penalty for violating this law is $500 for a first offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense.


Why is this posting not included on your California Labor Law Poster?


The California Human Trafficking Poster must be posted at the public entrance to every establishment. Therefore it is not appropriate or practical to include it as a part of our California Labor Law Poster. In addition, this notice applies only to a certain segment of California businesses.

On April 1st, 2013 a new California Senate Bill became effective. The law requires businesses in California to post the NEW California Human Trafficking posting in each establishment near public entrances. (Civil Code Section 52.6).

      We do not charge a restocking fee for our items.
    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
