Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Louisiana Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 03/2017 - Earned Income Credit - The Louisiana Workforce Commission has updated the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) notice. Earned Income and adjusted gross income (AGI) must each be less than $48,340 ($53,930 married filing jointly) with three or more qualifying children, $44,007 ($50,597 married filing jointly) with two qualifying children, $39,617 ($45,207 married filing jointly) with one qualifying child or $15,010 ($20,600 married filing jointly) with no qualifying children. The new revision date for the notice is 03/2017.


  • 02/2016 - Earned Income Credit - The Louisiana Workforce Commission updated the Earned Income Credit notice. Eligibility requirements have changed. The maximum earned income limit has increased to $47,955 ($53,505 married filing jointly) with three or more qualifying children, $44,648 ($50,198 married filing jointly) with two qualifying children, $39,296 ($44,846 married filing jointly) with one qualifying child, and $14,880 ($20,430 married filing jointly) with no qualifying children. Additionally, the IRS EITC homepage URL has been updated along with the notice's revision date.

  • 03/2012017 - Equal Opportunity for All- The Louisiana Workforce Commission has updated their Equal Opportunity for All notice. The notice reflects that Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 was changed and is now called the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). The Logo was updated and there is a new revision date of March 2017.


  • 08/2014 - Whistleblower Protection for Public Employees - The Louisiana Board of Ethics has updated their Whistleblower Protection for Public Employees posting to reflect that a person who is a public employee because of a contractual arrangement with a governmental entity or agency, whose contract is wrongfully suspended, reduced, or terminated as an act of reprisal for reporting an alleged act of impropriety, shall be entitled to reinstatement of his contract and receipt of any lost compensation under the terms of the contract. This posting is only applicable to businesses who employ more than ten public employees. If you employ more than ten public employees, please print and post this mandatory update.
