Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Maryland Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 09/2016 - Equal Pay for Equal Work - The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation has updated the Equal Pay for Equal Work notice. Gender Identity has been given a definition and is now considered a protected class for the Labor and Employment Article Title 3, Subtitle 3. The definition for "less favorable employment opportunities" has been expanded along with the sections regarding Effect of Requirement, Copies and Posting of Subtitle, Subsection Action by Employee, and the Subsection Limitations Period. A new section for what an employer is excluded from doing has been added to the notice along with a new section regarding Enforcement. Lastly, the revision date of the notice is 9/2016.

  • 08/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has updated the Minimum Wage and Overtime Law notice. Previous minimum wage rates and their corresponding effective dates have been removed to now only list rates for the years 2016-2018. New minimum wage rates and effective dates have been updated for Montgomery County and Prince Georges' County. Lastly, the revision date of the notice is 8/2016.


  • 04/2015 - Equal Pay for Equal Work - The Maryland Department of Labor has added a new section to the Equal Pay for Equal Work posting. The notice incorporates a section titled "Enforcement" which explains the actions that are to take place when a Commissioner has determined a violation of a subtitle has occurred. The section also explains that the Attorney General may also bring action in the county of where the alleged violation occurred.   • 01/2015 - Maryland Minimum Wage and Hour Fact Sheet - The State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has updated their Minimum Wage and Overtime posting to reflect the new minimum wage rates going into effect in January 2015. Effective January 1, 2015, the minimum wage will increase to $8.00 and then increase every year until reaching $10.10 on July 1, 2018. The Department has made major graphic changes to the posting, which is now laid out in an easier to read format.   • 10/2014 - Employment Discrimination is Unlawful - The State of Maryland Commission on Civil Rights has updated their Discrimination posting to include Gender Identity and Ancestry as protected classes.

  • 01/2014 - Employment Discrimination - The State of Maryland Commission on Civil Rights has released their new Employment Discrimination posting, which has many new updates. They have added a section on what to do if you are a victim of discrimination and a section on what to do if a employer retaliates.

  • 01/2017 Child Labor Law - The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has updated the Minor Fact Sheet to include a new web address to obtain applications and permits for minors to be employed as a model, performer, or entertainer. Lastly, the new revision date is 10/2016.

  • 08/2016 - Tipped Employees - The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has updated their notice for Tipped Employees. The notice now includes Employment Standards Service as the department to contact for additional information. A title for the notice and logos have also been added.


  • 11/2015 - Equal Pay for Equal Work - The State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation updated their Equal Pay for Equal Work posting. Two (2) reporting requirements under section "3-305. Records and reports" have been deleted. Section "3-306.1. Enforcement" has been deleted from the updated posting. The contact information has been slightly reformatted with the addition of a fax number. The revision date has also been updated.

  • 11/2015 - Minimum Wage - The State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation updated their Minimum Wage posting. Immediate family member of an employer is an added exception to the minimum wage and overtime law. The contact information has been slightly reformatted with the addition of a fax number and updated e-mail address. A new logo has been added and the revision date updated.

  • 09/2015 - Work Permit for Minors - The State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation updated their Work Permit for Minors posting.   • 02/2015 - Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Act-Safety and Health Protection On The Job - The Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Act - Safety and Health Protection on the Job posters have been updated to remove the box containing the names of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Secretary of Labor.
