Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Michigan Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 03/2017 - Discrimination - The Michigan Department of Civil Rights has updated the Discrimination Notice to now include that persons with disabilities needing accommodations for employment must notify their employers in writing within 182 days in addition to a revision date of 2/2017.

  • 01/2017 - Minimum Wage and Overtime - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has updated their Minimum Wage and Overtime notice. The minimum hourly wage rate for regular and tipped employees has been added for the years 2017 and 2018. The new revision date for the notice is now 9/2016.

  • 01/2016 - Unemployment Insurance - The State of Michigan updated the Unemployment Insurance notice with a new layout. Information such as eligibility and filing requirements are now specified on the notice. There is also a section for the employer to fill out and the revision date has been updated.

  • 01/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration updated the MIOSHA posting. Effective January 1, 2016, the minimum wage will increase from $8.15 to $8.50, with tipped employee minimum hourly wage increasing from $3.10 to $3.23. The address and phone number has also been changed. The revision date has also been updated.

  • 07/2015 - Safety and Health - The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration has updated their Safety and Health Protection on the Job notice. Employers are now required to notify the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs within 24 hours of all work-related inpatient hospitalizations, amputations and losses of an eye. These notifications may now be made through the new MIOSHA Injuries and Illness Reporting number provided on the updated notice. Furthermore, the Consultation and Training Assistance number and the address for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs have been revised. Lastly, an email address has been added as an additional resource for contact information.




Michigan Non-Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 02/2017 - Discrimination - The Michigan Department of Civil Rights has updated their Discrimination notice. A new contact number through video phone has been added along with an updated logo for the department.

  • 05/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs updated the Minimum Wage notice with a new logo and revision date of 5/2016. Additionally, Rick Snyder is noted as the Governor and Shelly Edgerton is noted as the Director.

  • 08/2015 - SDS Location - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has updated their SDS Location posting with new phone numbers for the Michigan General Safety and Health Division and the Michigan Construction Safety and Health Division. Additionally, the posting now has an updated revision date of (08/15).

  • 08/2015 - New or Revised SDS - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has updated their New or Revised SDS posting with a new phone number for the Michigan Consultation Education and Training Division. Additionally, the posting now has an updated revision date (08/15).

  • 05/2015 - Unemployment Insurance - The State of Michigan updated their Unemployment Insurance posting to reflect a change to the department responsible for Unemployment Insurance. A new logo for the Talent Investment Agency and Unemployment Insurance Agency have been added. There are also minor changes to wording, format, and an updated revision date.

  • 12/2014 - Child Labor Law - The Michigan Department of Education has updated the Child Labor Law posting with minor verbiage changes.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
