Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Missouri Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 05/2017 - Workers' Compensation - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The wage rates for large employers has increased to $9.50 per hour. For small employers, training wages and youth wages the rate has increased to $7.75 per hour. And for J-1 Visa employees, the wage has increased to $7.75 per hour. Additionally, the updated notice has provided a web address to view complete wage rate information. The revision date of the notice is July 2016.

  • 01/2017 - Minimum Wage - The Missouri Division of Labor Standards has updated the Missouri Minimum Wage notice. Beginning January 1, 2017 the wage rate for Missouri will be $7.70 and may increase or decrease January 1, 2018. The wage rate for tipped employees will be $3.85.

  • 05/2016 - Youth Employment List - The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations updated the Youth Employment List notice. Clarification has been made with respect to who can issue work certificates (school official or their designees, or a parent of a home-schooled child). Acceptable working hours (for youths ages 14 and 15) from June 1 through Labor Day has been revised to read "during non-school term." The email address for the Missouri Division of Labor Standards and the revision date have both been updated, and information has been added which states that the department is an equal opportunity employer/program.

  • 01/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The minimum wage for the state of Missouri will continue to be $7.65 for the year 2016. The updated notice includes a new phone number to contact the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and an updated revision date.

  • 03/2014 - Workers' Compensation Law - The Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation has updated their Workers' Compensation Law posting to state that developing and implementing a comprehensive safety and health program can reduce occupational injuries and help lower workers' compensation costs, and that insurance carriers in the state of Missouri must provide safety assistance at the request of the insured employer. The Missouri Workers' Safety Program phone number has been updated as well as the revision date. The posting has also been updated to reflect that the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation is an equal opportunity employer/program and that auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
