Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Nebraska Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 10/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated their minimum wage notice. The Notice to Employees section has been updated. An employer may pay a new employee younger than 20 who is not a seasonal or migrant worker, a training wage of at least 75% of the federal minimum wage for 90 days from the date the new employee was hired, subject to the terms and conditions described in Neb. Rev. Stat. subsection 48-1203.01. The new revision date of the notice is 10/5/2016.



  • 10/2016 - Nebraska Unemployment Insurance - The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. For benefit years beginning prior to 10/1/2015, individuals wanting to make an unemployment claim for benefits shall file the application online at www.dol.nebraska.gov. Applicants who wish to receive benefits beginning on or after 10/1/2015, except for those claims involving either wages paid by the military or federal government or combined with wages from states other than Nebraska, shall be filed online through www.dol.nebraska.gov unless a special accommodation is required or no reasonable access to an office is available. Conditions requiring a special accommodation shall include, but not limited to, language barriers and physical and mental handicaps. Lastly, the section regarding claimants availability work search requirements has been removed.


  • 01/2015 - Nebraska Minimum Wage - The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage posting to reflect the upcoming minimum wage increase on January 1st, 2015 to $8.00 per hour (through December 31, 2015) and to $9.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2016.

      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s).
