Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Nevada Mandatory Posting Updates




  • 01/2018 - Domestic Violence Victims - The State of Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner approved Senate Bill 361 Domestic Violence Victims bulletin. The Bill states that if an employee has been employed for at least 90 days and been the victim of domestic violence he or she is entitled to not more than 160 hours of leave in a 12 month period following the act of violence. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.

  • 07/2017 - Nursing Mothers Accommodation - The State of Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner has approved Assembly Bill 113 the Nursing Mother's Accommodation Act. The Bill states that Employers with 50 or more employees must provide an appropriate place and time to express milk as needed for Mothers with children under 1 year. The effective date of this notice is July 1, 2017.

  • 06/2017 - Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act - On June 2, 2017, Governor Sandoval signed into law Senate Bill No. 253, which greatly expands the legal protections for pregnant employees. Effective October 1, 2017 employees have the right to be free from discriminatory or unlawful employment practices based on pregnancy, childbirth, or a related medical condition. The Act applies to employers with 15 or more employees. While the provisions of this new law do not become effective until October 1, 2017, the posting requirement is effective June 2, 2017.

  • 09/2015 - Unemployment Insurance - The State of Nevada, Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation updated their Unemployment Insurance posting to reflect a new URL where a claim for unemployment can be filed.
