Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

  • 7/13/2017 - Protective Legislation Law - The New Hampshire Department of Labor has updated the Protective Legislation Law notice. The Payment of Wages section has been updated to state that all wages due to an employee must be paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. In addition, information on the Deputy Labor Commissioner has been added and the notice has a new revision date. The effective date of this notice is July 13, 2017.

  • The New Hampshire Department of Labor has updated the New Hampshire Whistleblowers' Protection Act. The notice has been updated to display the current Commissioner of Labor for New Hampshire, Ken Merrifield. The effective date of this notice is June 12, 2017.
  • 01/2015 - Equal Pay - The State of New Hampshire Department of Labor has released a posting titled "Equal Pay," which states that it is illegal in New Hampshire under both state and federal law to pay employees different wages for the same work based solely on sex. The posting provides provisions on Non-Retaliation, Pay Disclosure, and Limitation of Actions.

  • 02/2014 - New Hampshire Whistleblower - The State of New Hampshire Department of Labor has updated their Whistleblower posting to state that an employer shall not discharge, threaten, or discriminate against any public or private employee if the employee objects to or refuses to participate in any activity that the employee, in good faith, believes is a violation of the law or rule. Text stating that employees must have first brought the alleged violation to teh attention of a person with supervisory authority unless the employee believes reporting to the employer futile has been deleted. A new revision has been added to the posting. Additionally, there are other minor verbiage changes.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.
