California SB1343/AB1825/AB2053/SB396 Supervisor Training Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

What does California SB1343/AB1825/AB2053/SB396 require?

While CA AB1825 requires businesses with 50 or more employees to train supervisors, now, with CA SB1343 in effect, the threshold has changed to 5 or more employees! Businesses doing business in California with 5 or more employees (as well as full-time, this can include part-time and temporary workers) or contractors are required to provide managers and supervisors in California with 2 hours of Sexual Harassment training every two years in accordance with regulation CA AB1825 and CA SB1343. Even if most of your employees are located outside of California, you must provide this training. When your company hires a new manager or supervisor, they must be trained within 6 months of their hire or promotion date, and then every two years thereafter.

Our industry specific training is available in both English and Spanish.
