Shipping

We understand that our products can be needed anywhere in the country and at any time. Fast overnight shipping is available. To expedite your order to arrive next day, 2nd day, or three day, please contact our customer service team on 888-369-9013 to place your order. We have a range of shipping options that will make sure your important order gets to you right when you need it.

You can split your order and ship to different locations by clicking 'ship to multiple addresses' from the View Cart page or during Checkout. Shipping costs are determined based on the number of locations you wish to ship to and according to the weight of the products being shipped.

We ship only within the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for the same price as we ship within the continental United States.

At this time we cannot unfortunately offer shipping to APO or FPO.

Orders

Non-custom orders typically ship between 24-48 hours of your order being placed. To check on the status of your order, please give our Customer Service team a call toll-free on 888-369-9013. Alternatively, you can track your shipment using the tracking number sent in an email at the time your order ships.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment from the time it leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. You can also find your tracking number by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click My Orders from the menu
  3. Find your order from the list provided

If no tracking number is provided, then your shipment may not yet have left our facility, or the manufacturer or supplier who is shipping your item directly to you may not have supplied us with a tracking number. Should you need further information regarding the status of your order, please give our customer service team a call on 888-369-9013.

Please call Customer Service toll-free on 888-369-9013 prior to your order shipping, and we will attempt to cancel your order for you. Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel your shipment. Please refer to our refund and return policy.

Changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please call our customer service team on 888-369-9013, tell us what you'd like to change, and we will do all we can to make that change for you.

Account

It's easy to create an account on our website. Click My Account (also found at the top of the page) and click Create Account. Complete the Personal Information and Sign-In Information sections and click Create Account. You will be sent an email once account setup is completed. Alternatively, you can wait until checkout where our website will automatically create your account as part of the checkout process.

You can recover your password by clicking the forgot your password link on the account login page.

You cannot delete your account yourself. Please contact our customer service team on 888-369-9013 or email customerservice@theoshastore.com and we will assist with deleting your account. Deleting your account will remove all order history and other information related to your purchases. This action cannot be undone.
