What does California SB1343/AB1825/AB2053/SB396 require?
Companies doing business in California with 5 or more employees ( this can include part-time and temporary workers) or contractors are required to provide managers and supervisors with 2 hours of Sexual Harassment training every two years in accordance with regulations CA AB1825 and CA SB1343. Even if most of your employees are located outside of California, you must provide this training. New managers or supervisors must be trained within 6 months of hire or promotion, and every two years thereafter.
