The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $11.13/hour, and an adjustment of the state training wage to $9.08/hour. In addition, new QR codes have been added for more information about the Sick and Safe Time and Wage Theft laws.
  • 11/2024 - Employer-sponsored Meetings or Communications - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Employer-sponsored Meetings or Communications notice. The updated notice reflects that the law regulates when an employer may discipline or fire an employee who declines to attend meetings about religious or political matters, and provides additional information regarding remedies under the law.
